Tuesday - Cheesburger Macaroni /
Wednesday - Steaks and noodles / green beans / oreos!
Thursday - Pork chops mac and cheese / salad
Friday - Spaghetti
Saturday - Date night!! :)
Sunday -Chicken enchiladas
Although the week is almost over, I didn't want to break my 6 week consecutive Menu Plan Monday! It has been a crazy week in Kansas, freezing cold on one day and grilling outside a few days later! I can't complain about nice weather in February though! We have been playing outside lots - here are my little tball champs :)
Carter and Katelyn are spending the night with my aunt and uncle on Saturday! Can't wait! When I had Carter, I was always so nervous leaving him anywhere - wondering what he was doing each second, how he was eating, pooping, and sleeping. We are lucky to have such trusting caregivers for a night out but I remember when my sister in law told me that once you have two, it's like please take them! And she was right :)
I think I might even bring some enchiladas to my aunt and uncle to say thank you for the break.
